Strength+Spirit: Yoga w/Weights
This dynamic, Christ-centered yoga class blends traditional flow with light resistance training to help you build strength and stability from the inside out. Using 1–8 lb weights, a hand towel, plus your yoga mat, you’ll move through accessible sequences designed to deepen muscular engagement while staying grounded in scripture and spiritual intention.
Perfect for all levels, with modifications and challenges offered throughout.
